Your privacy is important to us. It is Send a Sloth's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://sendasloth.co.uk, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Refund & Shipping Policy:

A Sloth is for life, not just for Christmas! Once your Sloth has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to change the address, if you do wish to make a change before dispatch or if you have any problems with your order please contact info@sendasloth.co.uk. All goods ordered online have a 14 day period in which you can return them for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your Sloth you have the right to return them for a full refund. If the product (Sloth) is defective or was not provided as advertised we will arrange collection however if the product (Sloth) is as described and you just wish to return it you will need to arrange your own shipping. 

We aim to dispatch all of our cute sloth gifts out as soon as possible and can usually accommodate all gift/event deadlines. However we know delays happen and If for some reason there is a delay caused by the courier, manufacturer or simply a logistics delay on our end (they are Sloths after all and not known for their speed!) we cannot be held responsible but we will try to take action to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
